Dr.Balaji V is the Founder & Director of Radiance Technology Research Services Private Limited, Coimbatore. He completed his PhD from BITS Pilani in the area of Cognitive Radio Networks. He has 15 years of experience in Academia and Industry. His focus domain includes IoT connectivity solutions, 5G New Radio, Application of AI/Machine Learning in Industry 4.0 solutions. He has published several research articles in various Journals and Conferences and published two patents.

Prior to start his own company, he worked as ‘Research Mentor’ with CL Accendere Limited. He has engaged various research projects in Academic Institution, provided Radio Access Networks (RAN) based design solutions for IISc (Bangalore) incubated start-up. Through his company, focusing on offering Research Mentoring and Technology Solutions support for Academia, Industry, Startups/Technology Business Incubators (TBI). He has completed ‘Startup 360’ program sponsored by DST in collaboration with Software Technology Entrepreneurship Park (STEP) located at PSG Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. Currently, offering ‘Startup Mentor’ support for Amrita TBI and StartupTN. He is the member of IEEE Communication Society, Coimbatore District Small Scale Industries Association (CODISSIA) and TiE, Coimbatore chapter.
