Radhika Meenakshi Shankar is actively involved in thes industry circles and academic campuses promoting entrepreneurship& incubation, mentoring and providing management consultancy for STARTUPS & existing MSMEs through her founded Management Services firm Wise Owl Consulting Services since 2011 in Hyderabad and since 2021 in Coimbatore along with her life & business partner V.Vijayshankar .

Her enterprise focuses on Entrepreneurship Education vide Training   Entrepreneurs /Trainers/Faculties/students. She has trained more than 30000 entrepreneurs & potential entrepreneurs both in domestic and international arena. Besides this she has also trained Academicians, Businessmen, Corporates, Defence personnel and IAS officers.  She has mentored 21 startups till date predominantly women led. She consults educational institutions for their entrepreneurial activities, student ventures, incubation and IPR activities. She is a registered & accredited MENTOR & BOARD ADVISOR with many GOVERNMENT, CAMPUS & PRIVATE INCUBATORS & ACCELERATORS across India.

Prior to this she was a Professor with many reputed universities across India for over two decades as a faculty of Finance &Entrepreneurship.
