Prachi’s journey began with her outstanding academic achievements, securing All India Rank 1 in CA Inter and All India Rank 8 in CA Final from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Post-qualification, Prachi honed her skills at renowned firms such as Luthra & Luthra Law Offices (a tier 1 law firm in India) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she delved into diverse domains including corporate tax, international tax, and transfer pricing.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Prachi ventured into establishing her own consulting firm aimed at delivering top-notch services across various industries. Prachi provides expert guidance to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups, offering comprehensive support from inception to scaling up. Her consultancy extends to assisting startups in navigating the complex landscape of business establishment, growth strategies, and regulatory compliance. 

Moreover, Prachi specializes in conducting due diligence for startups, facilitating informed decision-making for investors.
