Can demonstrate and communicate a solution to the right audience in a quick, effective manner. Vastly experienced in analyzing multilevel social needs to formulate into data driven study and aspiring solutions. She has been the part of multiple growing initiatives from scratch to growth stage. She looks after the Communication, Business Development and People Team at Dcastalia Limited, a company she engaged with since its birth. The extra mile going attitude has always aided the team to be a winning one.

Along with her entrepreneurial pursuit Sabila got the right mix of experience in various positions in in National and International organizations as Consultant [BYLC, Nike Foundation, Girl Effect, Frog Design Mind USA etc.] and Trainer [Open Source Trainer for International Open Source Network UNDP, Capacity Development Trainer for inWent Germany, Facilitator for ASICT Project, Planning Ministry, Bangladesh Govt. etc].

For last 10+ years she is actively involved with Startups as an Ecosystem Enabler [MIT Solve, AIC Raise, Seedstars World, UN Women Care, Bizcube, Bangladesh Open Source Network, Startup cup etc.] and Mentor for Startups. Multiple times she had the honor to represent Bangladesh as member of Jury Panel in International level competitions.
