Ramprakash Krishnaswamy

Mr. Ramprakash is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in education and training. He is the Founder of Qatapultt Learning Solutions, an EdTech venture focused on shaping the next generation through innovative learning programs and activity-based solutions. One of his key contributions is QCards, a simple yet powerful assessment platform now used in over 4000 schools across India.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Ramprakash had a successful 22-year career in the IT & Software industry, including a leadership role at MphasiS as Senior Vice President of the Insurance segment, managing over 1500 global employees. He played a pivotal role in the acquisition and integration of AIGSS, a subsidiary of AIG, into MphasiS. From 1987 to 2004, he lived and worked in the United States, holding key positions at reputed organizations such as IBM, Bellsouth, and ETrade. His early exposure to startups during this period ignited his passion for entrepreneurship.

Mr. Ramprakash holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the U.S. and has completed Finance for Non-Finance Managers from IIM Bangalore. He is a Certified Student Counselor from Banjara Academy, Bangalore, and actively mentors startups as a Lead Mentor at GINSERV (JSS Group) and an AIM Mentor of Change with NITI Aayog. With over 7 years of startup mentoring, he continues to guide and inspire emerging entrepreneurs.
