Abisheik A

Abisheik is a practicing Chartered Accountant by profession and an entrepreneur by passion. Before starting his firm GRAD & Company which has its presence across four cities in South India, he was a partner in a two-decade-old CA Firm in Coimbatore for about 1.5 years where he has handled the Audits and Direct tax compliance of multi-crore turnover companies. Due to his keen interest in start-ups, he pursued a course in advanced business valuation from New York University’s Stern Business School, where he was mentored by Prof. Aswath Damodaran, who is proclaimed to be the ‘Dean of Valuation’.  Apart from this, he also mentor’s multiple start-ups on their valuations and fundraising by working closely with incubators and start-up communities across India.  He is a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).  He is also a certified arbitrator and mediator and helps organizations in resolving their disputes in amicable manner. He pursued his certificate course on Private Equity and Fundraising from IIM B.
